Black spot in eye

Hello! This is my silkie rooster, butter. He is about five month old and he has this black spot on his eye. Was wondering if any on you guys have an idea of what it is!

It's hard to see his eye really well - he's Fluffy!
I'm tagging in @Eggcessive to take a look, but I would say it may be genetic. See this thread, is it like this?

Is he acting normal, eating/drinking, active, seems like he can see well?

He’s acting normal, and yes it looks just like those! Thanks for your reply!

Yes, it does look a coloboma which can be found in most species of birds, and my grandson also has it in one eye. Many people worry that it may be a sign of Mareks, but Mareks causes an irregular pupil and the iris turns faded or grey.
