Where to get chickens processed in MO

I want to raise meat birds, but I am a complete wuss and there is no way I can process them myself. Anybody know someone I can pay to do it in MO? Called my local butcher and that is not something they do.

Hi Everyone! I'm considering growing meat birds too, and I realize this post is over 10 years old, so, I am curious how the chaos of the last couple of years affected processors. I am in Mid-Missouri, a little North and East of Columbia. Are there any chicken processors still operating near that area?
