where to get cheap eggs to hatch?

I am looking for cheap chicken or duck eggs to hatch for a cross breeding program i am doing next year. Any and all breeds welcome. where do you get your eggs from

Given that description of your goals, I would start by posting locally (fb groups, mewe, craigslist), putting out feelers at the feed store, 4h group, etc. Batnyard mix eggs from a nice backyard keeper are generally fairly reasonable

i have asked other people in 4-h and they all have purebreds. i am using some eggs from birds but only have a couple of mature barnyard cross birds.
