Wheezing, purple comb, very sick. (updated info)

If her poop is runny, brown with yellow specks or chunks, and smells very foul, then it's egg yolk peritonitis.
I believe it is EYP. I'm hoping the baytril will help. I'm concerned that the avian vet didn't drain the fluid in her abdomen. If that's what is causing her breathing issues, it seems like the thing to do.

You can drain it yourself, but it's a bit risky due to taking too much and putting the hen into shock.

If you want to try, you need to tube fluids into her for reserves to balance the fluids removed. Then you take an ample needle syringe and poke it just under the skin of the abdomen and withdraw fluid. If the fluid is brown and smelly, it will confirm EYP. If it's odorless and pale yellow, it's ascites fluid.

Be aware, though, removing abdominal fluid is only a temporary measure as it will come back.
