Whatcha Making for Supper?

I bought rib steaks on sale yesterday so I grilled them in the dark. :hmm Of course we had to remove the grates and clean them in the dark too, 😵‍💫 It was worth it though, it’s been months since we had a good steak!

Two of our grocery stores put racks of ribeyes on sale for $6.99/lb. or $5.99/lb. near Thanksgiving and Christmas. and I buy the whole rack and have it cut into individual steaks between 1 1/2 to 2 inches per steak.

I have a seal-a-meal and my steaks stay good in the freezer.

I have eaten them when they were 3 years old and they tasted like I had just bought them.
