Pizza tonight bacon and pepperoni.
I make pretty darn good pizza learned no pizza place close when we moved here.
3 cups flower 3 tablespoon yeast 1/2 cup yeast dash of salt.
Hot, hot water 2 to 3 cups water I make a 16 inch pizza.

When you say 3 Tbsp. of yeast 1/2 cup of yeast do you mean # Tbsp. of yeast equals 1//2 cup of yeast?

Do you just mix everything together?

Do you let it rise before using it, if so how long?

What temperature for the oven?

I cheated on my eggs and gave away a dozen to my neighbor. Now I'm only 4 eggs behind in keeping up with my chickens.

Cleaning up leftovers tonight. Chicken thighs, sardines, sweet potatoes, pinto beans, and cooked tomato and zucchini. I'll have some fresh cooked carrots from my garden too. I picked all the remaining carrots out of the garden and have 2 quarts of cut up carrots cooking right now.
