I actually got hungry again and had some early a few minutes ago. Even though I just had grilled cheese and tomato soup not long before that now I’m off to get ingredients to make the dinner version even better.

Fish from the Gulf of Mexico that my neighbor caught. Oh my what a treat. Same fish we used to catch when younger and went to the oyster bars in our small boat to catch a lot of them. Then we had some candied sweet potatoes left from Thanksgiving dinner. So nice not dealing with a lot of turkey this year. None. I had ham Thursday. I also had a hard crusty roll.
