I made..brown sugar chicken, brussel sprouts, and cheater mashed potatoes..dessert white chocolate custard..

I went and got Brisket chili at Dickey's BBQ Pit (which is a fairly widely distributed U.S. national chain I think?). Then I spooned that liberally over some nice Hebrew National beef franks finished Alton Brown style (Boil, then toss on a flat top, baste generously with butter, and roll them around a couple minutes to get those skins nice and snappy). All of this on some nice potato bread hot dog buns, garnished with cheddar and onions.

Best chili dog ever.

Turns out I made scrambled eggs instead for dinner. Was planning on a mushroom and onion quiche.
