Whatcha Making for Supper?

I went and got Brisket chili at Dickey's BBQ Pit (which is a fairly widely distributed U.S. national chain I think?). Then I spooned that liberally over some nice Hebrew National beef franks finished Alton Brown style (Boil, then toss on a flat top, baste generously with butter, and roll them around a couple minutes to get those skins nice and snappy). All of this on some nice potato bread hot dog buns, garnished with cheddar and onions.

Best chili dog ever.
