Whole roasted goose

I tried doing that once. I must not have cooked it right...was tough, but tasted great.

We'll see how this one turns out. I've only roasted a whole goose one other time and that one came out tough despite following the recipe to the letter, even removing the breasts before the rest of it was done!

Mine was store bought. They better have rested the dang thing before freezing.
