tonight chicken breasts with onions and mushrooms, sautéed spinach, onion soup roasted potatoes---the oven will help with the damp!

We had an Asian chicken salad and cottage cheese last night. Not sure about tonight yet.

Goulash!
Well, the usual meaty marinara,
but meat browned with onions, sweet peppers, and celery....
....and elbows, it's goulash.
