Whatcha Making for Supper?

It is :D Once I get the sausage (hot Italian) and peppers/onions cooked up, we put all that on a hoagie bun, slices of cheese on top then stick them under the broiler for a minute to melt the cheese.

No sauce? I don’t care for it with sauce either. Do you slice the sausage or leave whole and put the rest on?

We prefer that sandwich without sauce. We do slice the sausage in half because it's easier to pile the peppers on and it makes it easier to eat (still messy, but easier).
 
I made a big pot of beans and cabbage, so guess what we will eat for the rest of the week. :) I'm also making pigs in a blanket, and I made cherry hand pies. Note to self, never buy lite cherry pie filling again. Also a salad probably.

How did the hand pies turn out?
I am totally going to remember not to try the light pie filling.
