What would you do with this pvc table?

If you end up using it as a roosting bar, you could rough up the smooth surface with coarse sandpaper (something like 100-120 grit), or groove it with the edge of a file.

What are the dimensions?
Looks kinda short for a table...except maybe a coffee table height?

What's the pipe size?
Not sure it would do for a waterer or feeder...probably glued together.

I'd flip it over, the white 'caps' have screw holes, attach a large piece of wood for a 'shade station'...maybe even attach some wood to long cross pieces, or rough it up as suggested, for a place to 'roost'. Might be top heavy tippy, so might have to stabilize somehow.
