What to do when eggs hatch

We have 4 white silkie hens and they are moving 6 eggs around at any given time. Question: We're new at this, so once the eggs start to hatch (laid 1 each day for 6 days) do we take them away and use a heat lamp? or.. Do we separate babies and one hen to a separate area? The brooding boxes are higher so don't want new little ones to fall. We're trying to prepare for April 8th. In reading others topics it seems to vary. Thanks everyone!

If possible, I would suggest moving just one broody with the eggs into an area alone. When she hatches she will take care of the chicks and keep them warm without you having to use a heat light.
