What happened to my chick

My baby chick can not use his right hip (shown in picture) he lays on it and the foot stays in the front of him , he flops around to get around - I believe he got hurt during hatching. I’ve put him with another chick under heat to keep him safe from getting injured more . What can I do to help him! Thank you !

It might have a displaced or slipped tendon.
