I'm just wondering what this hens breed might be. She is smaller then a standard hen but bigger then a bantam I think. Her eggs are pinkish beige probably medium size.

:welcome She is an attractive cross bred. If she has 5 toes on each foot she's a silkie cross. Another likely cross is a Polish cross.

She doesn't seem to have the extra toe but does have a spur growing on 1 foot which is odd. Feathered feet and a crest

Do you know what color eggs she lays? My first thought is legbar/marans olive egger, but could be polish mix. Most silkie mixes have 5 toes, but not all of them, so there's still a small chance she could be a silkie mix

That's what I thought also until she laid an egg. It was pinkish beige.

She could have a Silkie grandparent. That is one way to get crest and some leg feathering, but have the normal number of toes and a single comb.

She could have come from mixing in a backyard flock, or she could have come from a hatchery. Some of the hatcheries are selling Silkie-mix chickens that lay blue or green or cream/tan eggs, and those chickens have inconsistent sets of Silkie traits (some have the crest and others don't, some have the extra toes and others don't, and so forth.)
