This little lady was hatched here at my farm. I purchased BYM hatching eggs from several farms. All eggs were medium to extra large. I don't remember any bantams being part of their flocks but this little cutie is TINY! She is three months old and still fits into my hand completely! Everyone else from those eggs are what I would expect them to be size wise, which is about three times bigger than this one. Has anyone seen a bantam breed that looks like this? What could she possibly be? mix or otherwise? I'm coming up empty handed for guess 💕

Looks like a mixed breed pullet, not really a certain breed specific coloring.

It just happens sometimes. Usually by the time they get to be eight-ish months old they've pretty much caught up with the rest of them.
Another possibility is that she is half bantam, standard size hen that was bred by a bantam rooster.
