You can order it, but Mother Nature doesn’t take kindly to requests. She’ll likely hit you with an early summer blizzard or 120* dust storm.

I feel ya im still trying to figure out how many boys i have and what i will do wiht any of them. But u have the inner strength to do what u need. u know they ahd a good life with u and u know ur doing the best u can for all of them.

My thoughts, exactly. I'm pretty happy with the way things have gone here - lots of pullets compared to cockerels, but we definitely don't waste our cockerels.

Hey Pond! My 1.5 days of summer start tomorrow.
It's really okay. Naval gazing and down time always seem like they'll be fun. But in the end, I'd rather be busy. As long as I snag an occasional nap, I'll be okay.
Here is a chicken picture. The field will only be green a few more days. Then once the heat kicks in, everything will brown up.

Only nutritional study done on Corn is from Pigs.

I can't remember if I mentioned this or not but I bought bantams this year I have what I believe are buff cochins and Millie fluers (as well as some OEGB but they're really not doing well, still in the brooder, might sell them if they ever perk up )
I believe I have a pair of Cochins I was thinking I had a trio of Millie's but I'm starting to think it's two boys and a pullet. They're 7 weeks old today (I reckon lol, close enough by my calculations) any thoughts?
