this is the incubator we have that we have used in the past, and are planning to use this year. But we were wondering if looks okay to use since it’s so old. just wondering some thoughts on if it’s worth it to get a new one or not

I would plug it up and run it empty with a new thermostat/hydrometer to double check and see how it stacks up. It's the only way to really know

Ya test it out and make sure it's still working properly but besides that I wouldn't worry.
I've hatched a lot of eggs in styrofoam incubators that look way way way older then that one.

Doesn't look rusty or anything. Heck, you can spend a couple grand on a stainless steel fridge and you might get 10 years out of it. If you happen to have one in mustard or avocado it will outlive your great grandchildren 😆 Old appliances are eternal!
