This is a cockerel, right?

Hi this Leghorn Welsummer cross is seven weeks old and has a face which screams Rooster. However, it is almost fully feathered when it’s hatch mate male Brahma is not it’s saddles appear round. I can’t help but assume he’s a boy, but the feathers aren’t helping. He’s paint/white so it’s hard to see each feather. Both parents have big combs, so it could be a hen with massive facial features, but I just can’t convince myself it’s female.
Any help?

Also, male specific feathering doesn't come in until about 12ish weeks old.
