Most if not all email programs can be set up to automatically add the signature.Taking my tongue out of my cheek, yes. The distinguishing factor seems to be the speed at which the content goes back and forth. I tend to not sign anything which has more than one or two exchanges per day.

Yup. By company policy, I have to sign emails with my name, title, and contact info. Fortunately, outlook makes this simple. One quick fill-in of a text box, a couple of check marks, voila! automatic signature on all outgoing correspondence.Which can also be done automatically.
