I watched the first half and the halftime show and then went home but I kept up through Google and here and wished I had watched the second half LOL it got a lot more exciting!! Oh well. I’m just happy the Chiefs won. Again.

Good Morning Old Folks I am the first one up.

No need to pull the casing to replace the pump. In fact that would be counterproductive. They have a truck which can pull the pump. In my case the pipe was galvanized so they had to pull it up a section at a time with the special clamp "thing". It was replaced with plastic pipe.

Not referring to the casing but the drop pipe that is connected to the pump. If it is galvanized which a lot are it weighs far to much to manually lift out.

Yup! Overnight, just like that! Boom, yesterday I was 61, and today, I'm 62!
