The instrument/music thread!

Hello! I only found a dead thread on this topic, so I thought I'd start another.

I play bass guitar, a little bit of guitar, mandolin, tenor banjo, ukelele, and I am learning to play violin. It's going pretty well so far! I used to play piano and harmonica but I got bored.

Please share pictures and/or your favorite instrument and why.

Also, please answer one question:
What instrument(s) would you buy if you had an unlimited budget?
I would probably get a Gibson mandolin trio for $60,000 CDN.

Awesome thread! Hm... I would probably get banjo,
unsure of brand but probably a Gibson or Gold tone. Also... I'd really like a violin- harps are fascinating too!
I practice- (out of the house), Piano and occasionally harmonica. I also try guitar but need much more practice.

If money was no issue probably a Baldwin Grand piano.

I am going to start piano soon.... Used to play a little but we moved and haven't played in a while.

After piano I want to learn the violin.

Good choice! Gibson is a really good brand.

Yes, I really like bluegrass! I went to a jam session and played fiddle tunes and bluegrass. It was great!
