My partner's italian friend, Agostino died during the night. They had been very good friends for 23 years.
Although he already struggled with cancer and depression when I met him eleven years ago, he was and remained the archetype of the loud, fun, social italian guy who brings sunshine wherever he goes.
He gave me one of my most silly nickname "bergère des poules", hen's shepherdess.

Thanks folks. A nice famous french song about death with english subtitles.

I didn't feel up to taking photos and it was very grey and gloomy, but just wanted to say yesterday we made two additions to the run. We built the second chicken size door yesterday. All the chickens haven't yet found out about it but it has already proved that it will definitely help with bullying issues. And ...we put in something else that is not for the chickens but for us . But it's not functional yet.
