SWOLLEN FEET - seems tender and sore

She has both feet swollen from the angle to her toes. She stands on one at a time and walks around gingerly. I assumed bumblefoot but she has no sores. I checked for mites and she is clean. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on. My whole flock has stopped laying. I was planning on giving them an antibiotic but do not want to blindly give them meds. Any help is appreciated.
 
Swollen feet like that can be due to either gout or mycoplasma synoviae (MS.) MS can be treated with Tylan 50 injectable, Tylan Soluble Powder or chlortetracycline in the water. Here is some info on goyt and MS:
