Small Flock in MD

Hi - I have a small flock in MD. I have had some experience with Black Sex Links, Production Reds, and Golden Laced Wyandottes. My laying flock was usually less than 5 and right now I have 2 - a RP and GLW.

I also just recently got 4 baby Black Copper Marans from a local hatchery northeast of Baltimore. They are not so baby anymore - in fact they are about 9.5 weeks and looking more like adult chickens every day. I am hoping to build my BCM flock for eggs and hopefully even for show and breeders toward the SOP.

I am having some issues with sexing my juvies - pretty sure I have at least 1 roo (possibly overcoloted) and 2 pullets. I can’t tell on the black one with the large, red comb. I have had chickens in other breeds with big combs as juvies that ended up being hens after all!
