No, but is actually really close to laying. This will the earliest I've ever had a chicken lay.

She's really fast to mature, which I think maybe a good trait to breed for, but I want to avoid reproductive issues, by breeding in breeds that are poor layers like the Malay.

Early to mature is a good trait for meat birds though.
