Should I help it?

I would give it more time but don't let it go too long as the longer he is stuck in there, the worse it will be for him.

It came take up to 24 hours from pip to zip. They take a long break after pipping to rest themselves and prepare for pushing out. Once they start zipping it will go pretty quick. Mine usually take no more than an hour to hatch once they start zipping. As long as it is getting air at this point it should be fine. If it hasn't made any progress by morning than it could be stuck and may need some assistance. But as of right now, it may still be absorbing the yolk and helping may cause more harm than anything. Just be patient and watch for signs of distress such as if it stops moving and chirping.
