Selling Eggs in a Cooler Question

I used to use a cooler but now I have a couple of commercial type coolers with the glass doors and sell my eggs out of them. When I used to use a regular cooler I would freeze a couple of milk jugs of water and put them in the cooler to keep the eggs cool.

I do refrigerate my eggs especially in hot weather. I have left eggs out on the counter in hot weather before we had AC and cracked an egg open after a few days to find and embryo starting to form. I don't want my customers to get any eggs like that. My DH has gotten an egg that had started to develop and told me about it so all get refrigerated now.
