Scab? On cat.. or something else?

I just noticed this on the cat's chin. Thoughts? Scab maybe?

Cats get a lot of scabs from fighting. My cat got all the fur on one side of his face ripped off by another cat, (poor guy) and he healed wonderfully!

Could be a spot were he was bit by a bug and scratches it. It is very red, looks irritated. keep an eye on it so it doesn't get infected.

We don't have another cat and she doesn't go outside. Unless she snuck out, idk, i was gone for like a day or two

I didn't want to have to take her to the vet if I didn't have to or it's minor or no wound but the not knowing where it came from worried me haha

I don't think it'll be a problem. My cats that DO go outside full time have lots of scabs too. They are healthy! (Except for needing worm pills )

I heard someone on another group say it might be cat acne or fleas? Never heard of it before. But do you think if I was it it will be okay?

Well, acne doesn't kill people, and I have never heard of it on cats, and fleas would be easy to get off, there are a lot of products for that.
