Salmon faverolle not sure on age

We got 2 salmon faverolles from Rural King. I suspected one is a boy and one is a girl. Insight?

I would wait until chest feathers come in. Hatchery SF can be harder to sex at a young age as such.

Thanks! I was thinking that since they are feathering differently, it would be easier to tell. The suspected boy has some black coming in on the shoulders. When do the cheat feathers typically call me in?

3-5 weeks.

I'm guessing these 2 are about 2 weeks but I can't be positive. The ones I hatched will be 2 weeks sunday and monday and they are mixed breeds and some have as many feathers as these 2 and some have less.

They look to be more around 1 week old.

Yeah, probably a week or week and a half old or so.

We got them last sunday so they have to be at least one week old. I was told rural king gets their deliveries on Friday so I am assuming they are close to 2 weeks now.
