Safe plastic - what water containers do you use?

Something that's occurred to me lately is that I don't know if the plastic water containers that I use for my ducks are safe or not. I have several small ones that I use for drinking containers (they have a kiddie pool for bathing) and I don't think any of them are actually made for drinking out of so I want to replace them. Would be interested in hearing would you use

Most of our eating and drinking containers are stainless steel. We have one plastic water dish, and the swim pans are concrete mixing pans and drinking troughs.
