Rotated femur?

Hello, my neighbor got this little chick a couple weeks ago as it had spraddle leg and they wanted to see if they could correct the leg, unfortunately the leg has rotated and is now facing the opposite direction it’s supposed to face. I’ve tried to take pictures to show it. I’m thinking more of a rotated femur, but I have no experience with this. Is there anything we can do for this little one? We tried using hobbles and tapping the legs and or hips in the correct position but we can’t find a way to do it and allow the chick to still walk. Thank you in advance.
