Re-purposing these baskets

Hi all!Just wondering if you guys have any ideas for me to put these baskets to use when I get ducks. Could they be used in the coop or run? What do you think?

Probably coop, they will go and lay there eggs in them

I think if you put treats (dandelion greens for an example) in it and attach it backwards to a wall in the coop. They'd be able to peck at it and take treats... Kinda rewarding for them.

Not really...Unless you used to put on the ground for Ducklings to hop in and out of if with Mama as a warm place with shavings or straw in them?...I use kitty litter pans...

Ah... Yeah. But maybe since you're considering Pekin's they're bills might be a bit smaller? I am trying to think of what else may be useful for those nice baskets.

Thanks but I don't think I'll be having any ducklings after my first ones are full grown. Cool idea though!

Something like this? But of course for ducks.... I have a lattice work table over my ducks pond and they enjoy reaching up to pull at grass and roots and such when I put things there.
