We have a 5 Acer Fenced in yard with great brush like habitat all through that acers.

My question is I would like to get some guinea fowl will they stay in the fence?

There is lotssssssss of places for them to hide need be and places to escape from predators if they need.

Thanks in advance

They may or may not. Guinea fowl tend to be flighty and might inadvertently fly over the fence if spooked.
Or if it's breeding season and they are trying to get away from the others.

For the most part they can be trained to stay witin their fenced boundaries. Be sure that the fence does not have a top bar or rail so that it is not an inviting perch.
