Hello. I'm interested in pickling my quail eggs. Just have a few questions. Looking for some good recipes. Do you water bath them if so how long. Please help

If you want them to stay good for longer, you want to do the water bath. If you just want to pickle them and plan to eat them within a couple months, then you don't need to. Pickling is a preservation method, after all.

I like spicy pickled eggs. Use white vinegar (I've tried apple cider vinegar, and it didn't taste as good.)

This is how I like them. I prefer apple cider vinegar.

This does 2 pints with 2 dozen eggs per jar.
Boil eggs for 7.5 mins. Cold water until cool.

Combine these ingredients and simmer for a while before pouring over eggs.
1.5 cup apple cider vinegar
0.5 cup water
1 TBL salt
1 TBL sugar
1 TBL pickling spice
1 TBL red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
