Is their a particular brand of Quail feed that is good also?

Rather than looking for a brand, you might check the nutrition information that you're looking for in the article I posted earlier. If you can find it, Purina makes a decent turkey/game bird starter, but it will make their poop stink. I have found some of the best nutrition in small brand local feeds.

That's a coturnix egg. Button quail are about the size of a dime when they hatch. They are tiny.
