But there's no way of knowing people's motives, is there? You can get these items free at .... er, I was going to say Planned Parenthood offices, but a lot of those are getting shut down. I sure wish they were available free somewhere.

I know this was a large public teaching hospital an a fairly large city but at their AIDS clinic, there were big fish bowls full of condoms on the counter. (Don't go there, I was working in the Dental Clinic.) There are probably many places you can get them free, like PP.
I don't understand why, if PP is providing a large range of services, and being largely funded by the Federal Government, why they are shutting down.
