What they don't handle well is too much water.Succulents are REALLY hardy. They can survive almost anything, they thrive on neglect. My haworthia lasted 6 months without a single watering. She bloomed during this time as well

Tried my hand at planting some cactus from seed this year…I’ll be honest I don’t know what I’m doing started these back in Feb or March, took the cover off this past month, pleased to find some babies in there.

That looks like a purple passion to me I have one to. I didn't know about the flower smell though! Mine hasn't grown flowers yet.Not sure what this is, I inherited it from the office last year before working from home full time. When it flowers it smells like stinky feet, though.
