Odd positioned air cell.

I candled yesterday on day seven and found one egg had the air cell on the side should I cull now or is there a chance it could survive

So far, I think there are 3 things you could do. You could cut an egg carton so it has one of the little slots and place the egg pointy-side up in that, then let it incubate in there for a while. You could also just keep it in there and hope it survives, or you could take it out. It's up to you. Did you candle and see any development?

Put it fat end up in an egg carton at a 45 degree angle and instead or turning, tilt it regularly through 90 degrees, leaving it again at a 45 degree angle, but pointing in the opposite direction. After day 18 when you lock down you can lay the egg flat again. There should be enough time between now and then for the air cell to move into the correct position.

I have it in an auto turner in my incubator it is just about a1/4 inch below normal.
