New to the Flock are BREEDS ACCURATE?!

Today I got a Cream Legbar which can be sexed at birth from what I read , also got 2 Blue laced Red wyandottes, one lavender Orpington , and then an all White Americana/ EE . Hoping for all hens but who knows !

Looks like you got the correct breeds! First 4 pics are the Wyandottes, 5 & 6 are of the Orp, 7 & 8 are EE, and the last is the CL. Female CL have dark stripes whereas males have light brown stripes, so yours should be female. Once they are 4-6 weeks old you can get an idea of genders for the rest of them.
