New feed at Walmart - Any thoughts?

It's called Kruses Perfection Brand, my Walmart carries 'Super Egg' and the 'Superior 9 Grain Scratch'.
Crude Protein.....13%min
Lysine..... 0.6 min
Meth.....0.23 max
Fiber.....4.5
Calcium.......4.0 min 5.0 max
Phos......0.4
Salt.........0.1
Sodiun.........0.1

It seems incredibly lacking to me, any insights?

Also I have Leghorns so no meth for them.

I thought maybe being Walmart and the low protein % that maybe it would be cheaper priced then like TSC feed. You know pull people in but that doesn't seem like the case.

No kidding, I can get the nice 18% soy free stuff at tsc for $25 or my usual all flock.

Probably get a lot of convenience sales from people that don't know better.
Gotta imagine some town folks make a special TSC run just for chicken feed and supplies.

I thought feed had to meet certain criteria to be sold as layer, raiser etc?
