My juvie pooped a rock?

One of our Black Australorp juvies (~17-18 weeks) pooped a weird poop next to me this morning, conveniently on the bench I was sitting with my coffee of course but that means I did get to see it.

She pooped what seems to be a yellow rock? Maybe a calcium deposit? It is completely solid, can't cut through it. The poop itself was watery but nothing I haven't seen from them before, except this rock?!

She is completely normal otherwise - eating, drinking, being head of the juvie group. Walking, running, singing. She is the closest to laying I'd say, her comb is fully grown and red so I didn't know if this was a egg mistake but nope, it seems to be something different.

Any ideas help - thanks awesome community!
