my 3 brown hens seem to pick on my 2 brown ducks the most

my other ducks are white or a mix of white and fawn type colors . is it possible the 3 chickens don’t like the 2 brown ducks because they are the same color as them?

I guess that would be my assumption but sure is weird.

I wonder about an experiment to prove it. Put a saddle or apron or something on one of the brown ducks for a day and see if that changes anything with that one. If I had some blue kote, I'd even try that but now that's starting to sound a bit overboard to me.
