Mold on Sunflower Sprouts? Help!

I was so excited to grow sunflower sprouts but I think I have mold growing on them. Can someone verify that from this photo? It looks like gray spider webs across the top of the sprouts. If it's mold what happened? Did I keep them too wet?

That looks like something I would toss out

Not an expert but here is my sprouting method..
1. Soak 8-24 hours depending on seed/bean
2. Place in colander
3. Rinse twice a day, leave in colander to dry out between rinsing
4. Serve after two/three days, when desire growth has occurred.

Ps I would toss out the seeds.
