Our Mille Fluer bantam chicken Fluffy died two nights ago. We found her in the morning hard as a rock floating in the duck pool. She was with a pair of mandarin ducks TEMPORARILY. We assume she wanted to get a drink, fell in and couldn't get out. Either she drowned or got hypothermia. She was extremely nice and loved us, every time the house door was left open and she was outside, she would run inside to see us. We were considering buying a chicken diaper to let her live with us. We have two houses, one in NH one in FL. We drove her down from NH to FL in the car with us. She began to love us and we will miss her very much.
