I'm so skilled. I got a tick off my dog right before it could get into her skin.
I could see it going through her fur on her face, going down to the skin and I grabbed teasers and got it off.

I've heard it's going to be a bad tick year.

Where I live in Michigan, we didn't get a lot of snow, not nearly as much as usual. Someone said that where there isn't a lot of snow cover, the ticks can still lay eggs on the frozen ground, and they'll hatch. If there's snow, the eggs die.

Anyone have any veggie garden reccomendations? I have a few tomatoes, peppers (hot and sweet), melons, cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, and a rhubarb, but I feel like I'm forgetting something.

Exactly. My mom has a recipe for something similar to zucchini spaghetti, where you use zucchini instead of the pasta.

You missed a zero there. The correct answer is 20,000. Unless you don't pick them. Then it grows 10 zucchini that weigh 200 lbs each.

Zoodles! I had them for the first time last Wednesday. LOVED them! Since I'm GF, it's a match made in heaven for me. So I'm growing zukes this year.
