Israel - Looking for reputable breeders

To sum-up what I've learned so far, these are our local sources:
1. http://www.yad2.co.il/ - The problem with this option being 1) the birds condition and health is unknown. 2) more often than not, birds advertised as pure-breeds are mixes.
2. http://www.lulyfarm.com/ (Asaf Stern) - advantages being 1) reliable professional breeder. 2) healthy (vaccinated) birds. 3) high quality pure breeds. 4) very knowledgeable and a great source of information and consultation.
3. https://facebook.com/tarnegolee/ (Lidor Bamani) - advantages being 1) reliable professional breeder. 2) healthy (vaccinated) birds. 3) high quality pure breeds. 4) very knowledgeable and a great source of information and consultation.
4. Local Facebook groups:

The advantage is that most of the local breeders are in both groups, so you can get a lot of high quality opinions about the birds being offered for sale. Additionally, they too will advertise on the groups.

Yes to all questions :)

I want to know what breeds are available here, in eggs, chicks and adults. The variety of breeds in the States, and buying options are staggering. All I could find here was one small breeder (albeit a very good one) with a handful of different breeds.

This information may help me and others.

(Out of courtesy to our hosting platform, and to @Petra Pancake who prefers English, I'll stick to it if you don't mind).
I bought New Hampshire, Sussex, Marantz & Plymouth Rock from Asaf Stern. (He had others as well). Sadly I hadn't heard of Lidor until today.....he has been the most amazing help, even though I didn't get my chicks from him.
