When done right, real butter is a healthy fat. Much better than vegetable or canola oilsMy brother does. I do everything in my power to eliminate its use when I cook. Even if it means I have to be creative.

You caught my attention at the mention of 40 lb pike.Went to Lake Mary on Saturday. Cons: Pretty muddy. Not fun to swim. Has 40lb Pike. Not a lot inlets of interesting areas. Pros: Not a lot of people. Speed boats great nice little wakes you can ride out. 20 minutes from the Cracker Barrel.
