No, not close to actually getting anything. I've just been window shopping and dreaming. I'll probably have another 3 years at least to heavily save before I can even think of moving, at which point I may as well work one more year and lock I'm my retirement matching my work offers. If I leave before 5 years, I don't get anything they contribute

Smart to at least consider that. I had a friend whose wife and he decided to have a child, 6 months before she would have got a pension from her company!
