You guys frost your brownies?
That's something my family never did growing up and it seems like overkilled to me. But Diego said his family always did it and it seems good to him to not have frosting on brownies.

I like homemade sourdough bread. Is it considered American bread because I am American?

I don't bother. Brownies are delicious without frosting, and you can eat them sooner
